Hello Friends and Family,
We got fantastic news yesterday, Jake's heart looks great. He continues to show no sign of rejection! It was definitely a long day of hospital appointments and we didn't get home until 9:00 pm.
In addition, they were not able to find the clot in his neck. Overall, it was a good day and a reminder that God still has us.
