Dear Marian and Eleanore,
I am sending my love to you both, as you grieve your sister Jacqueline. I will continue to remember her as a brilliant light, a woman who carried joy with her, evidenced by her shining smile. When I think of Jacqueline, I remember her dancing with abandon in the warm West Virginia evening at our family reunion at Swift Level.

My heart will be with you two, and all of our family, as many come together to honor Jacqueline’s memory tomorrow. My partner and I are on holiday this week and I was hoping to be able to reroute via Connecticut to join you, but circumstances have not cooperated. Still, I will make time to remember Jacqueline at 11:00 tomorrow morning, and am sending love and well wishes to you two, in particular.
Quincy

I hope this is not inappropriate but as I don't have a car I was wondering if anyone would be going to Jacqueline's funeral from NYC Monday a.m.? I can meet you any place in NYC at any time. FB message me. And again, so sorry for the untimely loss of the beautiful kind Jacqueline who touched so many in her lifetime.

I am so shocked and saddened by the passing of Jackie. She was a rare loyal gem of a friend always cheerful and uplifting to spend time with. We met in our college years and stayed in touch over the years. I am so glad we spent time together and had lunch a few times in recent years. Jackie recently sent me a card I had written to her many years ago as well as a picture of our college house. She was always so thoughtful and generous and full of smiles. I have some recorded messages on my phone and our answering machine of messages she left and they will never be deleted. I am so sad and at a loss for words. She was a treasure and I will miss her so much. My deepest condolences and sympathy to her loving sisters and family for this tragic loss.

Dear Jacqueline - I always called her "Jackie" from our years in the YMCA masters swim team in DC - has gone home to be with her parents and brother. I am so sad for her kind sisters and relatives who knew her best. Jackie died way too young and will be greatly missed by me and all her friends. Our last meeting was pre-pandemic when Jackie, her exchange student Mark, and I toured the Frederick Douglass historic home in DC. The quote "do justly, love mercy, walk humbly" written on the cover of a small booklet a friend once sent me will always remind me of Jackie's good life. With love and prayers and condolences. Rest in peace.

I am sending heartfelt condolences, blessings and light to Jacqueline’s family who love her very much. Although we only had that one lunch together at the house, it really felt like I’d known her for a long time. An inquisitive and patient listener and truly a beautiful soul. Rest in Gods hands Jaqueline.
