Thanks for the Thanksgiving message.
Today a group of 11 senior softball players had lunch at Claudias. Of course
Jack's name came up. We will be having lunch next Tuesday at 12 noon at Claudias.
I told the boys that I will be sending you a
invite. Hope you can make it. Mouse, Red, Ivan, Pete, myself and a couple other friends
would love to see you. If you are busy, then perhaps later in Dec. or Jan.

Jean, you could go to fifty Thanksgiving gatherings all over the country and be surrounded by friends and family. I think this will be a good holiday for you to bask in the affectionate support of all of us who love you -- and we are legion! Yes, there is a Jack-shaped hole in our lives, a bigger hole for some than for others, but we all miss him.
