Dearest Family and Friends,
It has been 4 weeks since we said goodbye to Jack. While we miss him terribly, we are thankful for the hope we have in our Savior that we will be with Jack again. We are also thankful that Jack is no longer in pain or suffering. We are thankful we were both with him the day before and with him on his last day here on earth.
The love and support we have received over the past month has been overwhelming, humbling and so appreciated. Your cards, calls, texts, hugs, prayers, meals, have helped us get through each day. We feel so blessed to have such a great family that surrounds us with love every day, both blood and non-blood family.
As we navigate our new normal, we ask for your continued prayers for us and the girls, Rena and Kylie. We never dreamed we would be going forward without Jack here with us, and that has been difficult for us to accept. He was a light in our lives and so many others. We will continue to do everything we can to keep his light shining.
We love you all and cannot even begin to express our gratitude!
