As for the amount of screen time Isla spent on her tablet, let's just say I lost the authority to judge a long time ago - when I was pursuing the nursing degree while single parenting a four year old and two years old twins!😀 This really taught me never to judge - PERIOD! Circumstances are varying for everyone, including the prostitute standing on the side of the street. Whom am I to judge? Considering how much time my three children spent watching TV, videos and playing on electronic gadgets, they have turned out to be three phenomenal American teenagers! I attribute their current temporary craziness to what they call "hormonal imbalance." They are now aged, 17 and 15 and they are overall wonderful human beings. So take heart dear one, Isla is always safe with the mega dose of love she constantly receives from both you and your family. You are truly blessed to be surrounded by a great family.

Good for you, Autumn...screen time be damned! You do what you have to do. There are worse things! Joel grew up glued to Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, and videos from the library. I used to get Krista all ready in her snowsuit to go somewhere and sit her in front of “Gospel Bill” to sweat while I got dressed. Jessica simply wouldn’t sit still. Sometimes it’s the only way you get two bites of food, stop the whining , slam some wine, go to the bathroom, or cut their hair! I’m glad your new self takes life’s minor rules in stride!

You'll probably feel better if they are " educational" - literacy, science, some math. I will also send you some with animal antics. That's educational and will amuse her 🥰🙃😉
