Love y'all! I am so encouraged by the positive outcomes in her blood, and praying and hoping that the bone marrow will reveal the same. ❤

Our Lord who is in heaven,
Please watch over the healing hands around Isla and provide comfort to her family.
And please Lord, help Isla find comfort and peace. Your love is the power.

Isla is in our hearts daily. We check on each other to make sure we've been updated on her progress through your posts. I can only think how your words and experience will help many mamas and babies.

It is really unbelievable what that child has been through...I cannot even imagine what it would be like to having all those masked faces hovering over me...tantrums fit totally with that scene :-( Just makes her smiles and laughter all these last months stand out even more as 'wow, what a kid'. You are a fantastic mom. It was wonderful to hear about the good people who have come along to listen and give wise advice. The numbers sound very hopeful. It's hard to wait till the end of the month to really know anything...but in the meantime, knowing you did the right thing is reassuring. Blessings.

You are her safe person and you and she are doing exactly as you should right now - she is emoting all that she is feeling and that is GOOD for her and you are allowing her to feel it all and are there to comfort and help her through it. I realize it's completely exhausting for you as it would be any human being who ever walked this planet. The anger and frustration is good in a way - she is not shut down. You want to not let her shut down. Shut down looks like she is "ok" but it really means she is numb and can't move, feel, communicate. You can tell the difference between "ok" and "shut down". Eyes are hollow, glassy, a far away look in them. I hope this helps you in some small way. Continuing to pray for grace and healing.
