Once again Autumn. You and your family put others in front of your own fight. I did not know the statistics I just read in your post. It is heart wrenching to think some have to wait some won’t get any and some have to put their chemo on hold. Horrible news all around.
Thank you for informing yet again. Hugs and love

Very well stated! I've noted your suggested sources of research funding, and will remember them at year-end. Thanks for sharing. I'm so sorry that families will experience this frustration on top of the challenges they are already facing with their children.

You are beautiful Autumn. While caring for your child and going through a storm you continue to reach out and look to the needs of others. Our prayers continue .

I appreciated hearing some of those disturbing statistics, Autumn. Thanks for 'raising my light level'. I sure hope and pray that a much bigger chunk of the research money is directed towards childhood cancer! You've motivated me to donate to St. Jude's this year. And as for breaking hearts--it's a heartbreak to think of the millions of kids in the world who won't get much if any treatment for cancer, because they don't live in our beautiful, privileged country. They are continually in my thoughts and prayers, too. Praying for Isla's chemo this week.
