After almost 3 years of having periodic MRI’s Irene’s most recent MRI showed changes consistent with a small area of tumor recurrence. The plan going forward is restarting the same oral chemotherapy that she was on before and 🤞she tolerates it as well as she has in the past. The hope being that chemotherapy will prevent further tumor growth.
