We’d hoped to be able to see the doctor today instead of going back next Tuesday for his one month appointment but, clinic for today was actually cancelled due to a case with a living donor that required all of the surgeons to be available due to the length and scope of this procedure with both a living donor and a recipient.

We’re so thankful that we’ve been so blessed that another trip is just fine. 

Being at this clinic is so amazing. You see those patients with that tell-tale black and green bag and wonder about their story. Did they receive a liver? A kidney? 

So many lives and so many stories. Stories of donors. Stories of recipients. Stories of lives lost, lives saved and lives saved due to lives lost. 

So thankful for this great blessing......
