Just a little update. Indie met her GI doctor at CC that will be scoping her esophagus before surgery. She explained they’ll scope as much as they can down to I believe the beginning of the small intestines but plan on taking some biopsies from her esophagus also And plan on running some Immunoglobulin blood work. 

I think as of this time we’re planning on the sternotomy approach and removing the abnormal vessel connected to her ARSA wrapping around the esophagus, with hopes and prayers she won’t need to return for further surgery to reroute her aberrant right subclavian artery later down the road 🙏🏼  

Im trying really hard to just trust the panel of doctors and their original input and hope that the advice of others who have been through something similar doesn’t come back to haunt me later
