4th of July, and our grill out was a grill in because of the storms around us. But that lowered the temperature nicely😊. My daughter and granddaughter are here from SC so even our warm days are better than their SC Charleston weather would be! Deep breaths, remind yourself of all the wonderful parts of your life💞...And one step at a time, not giant leaps! Lois K.

Wow, you have realized what it takes most of us a whole lifetime to realize! Jim and I both went through what you described about not having anything to 'Do' and having to re-define our worth when we retired. What you are going through now is exactly the same only you get to live it and know it at a much younger age! Would you enjoy reading a copy of, "The Heartfulness Way - Heart-Based Meditations for Spiritual Transformations"? We have gifted a copy of the book to the UUTC library and we have meditations there 5:30-7:00 every Saturday evening with Heartfulness Trainer from Asheville. Or perhaps you would like to join them for their meditations in Asheville which are Sunday mornings at 10 AM (we are at UUTC then, so we don't go. It is held at the home of one of the Heartfulness Trainers). You are very, very advanced in your spiritual journey and Heartfulness is independent of religion. It is a deep practice based on Relaxation, Cleaning/Rejuvenation (the idea of releasing all past impressions), Meditation with Transmission (the focusing of that Divine energy that is around us at all times, but difficult for most to tap into unless you are very sensitive), and evening Prayer. It is ultimately about being able to retain that meditative state throughout the day, and being able to make decisions from the heart, as it is a heart-based practice. It doesn't involve any music or mantras, but it might compliment your current practice, or perhaps you would prefer to not alter or add to your current practice.

Much love and light is coming your way. I pray that the path before you will unfold as painlessly and with as much ease as possible.
