Ian and Kelly’s Story

Site created on April 10, 2021

Thank you for visiting.  Ian was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive leukemia.  Please send Ian your prayers and well wishes to help him fight this battle.  To help, visit the meal train page.  Join us in storming Heaven so Ian can get home to his wife and 7 children.

TO HELP, More than anything the Lindquist's are requesting prayers for a complete healing of Ian, for Kelly and the baby, and for the children and Ian's family during this difficult time.

We also know you want to help in other ways. If you click on Ways To Help there is a meal train page, a place to note the prayers you are saying, and a gofundme to help with the coming year of extra expenses.

If you would like to send Ian a prayer request or card, the address is:
6122 42nd Ave.
Hyattsville, MD 20781

Ian and Kelly are so thankful for the prayers and support they have received and know that it's through the prayers that they are getting through this!

Dear friends,

Happy Feast of the birth of Our Lady! Many people have been contacting me, excited that the Ulma Family will be beatified this weekend! What a grace and blessing for our family and for the whole world!

Thank you for the prayers both in the past and present. They have continued to sustain us. Thank you also for sending me emails about the way that Ian's suffering and death, and our own suffering, have helped you in big and little ways. It is our prayer in our rosary every night; that fruit would come from this suffering, and it is always such a gift to get to see, this side of heaven, when it has been.

Some writing from Ian that National Affairs archives recently re-sent out is attached as a picture. Read more on their website.

Lastly, the kids and I are doing alright. Our family is broken without dad here on this earth with us, and we know it won't be made whole until we are all in heaven, God-willing, together again one day. But God has been so good and merciful to us in our suffering. We have found a way to walk forward in Our Lord and His mercy, until we can all be made whole one day.

In Christ's Most Sacred Heart,

Kelly
