An updated message from Hunter himself:

Hello everyone, I know its been a while since you heard from me or my family, but I figured it was time to let you all know how I am doing. I am doing very well and I have been living my life to the fullest. For the past fews months since Ive gotten home, I have my regular round of therapy each week with very limited doctor visits, I spend a lot of time with friends and family, and I try to keep myself as busy as possible. Recently, I have even had the chance to stand up in one of my best friends weddings, Alex and Amanda Beaurain, and I have even gone out on a few fishing trips with my Kinn brothers. My first morning trip produced a limit including a 31 pound salmon! All in all, Im doing just great and I hope to see everyone in person in the near future.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the constant support, prayers, and encouragement. This journey has not been easy, but you guys all make it worthwhile. Ive gotten the chance to look back on all the support I received when I was in the hospital, and it is unbelievable. I truly cant say enough to thank you all.

And lastly, I would love to give recognition to my fiance, Meagan. She has been with me literally every step of the way so far. She is my number one supporter and fan, and her unconditional love keeps me going every day. In the past, our jobs kept us from spending long periods of time together, so we have been making the most out of this opportunity to do things we use to rarely have time for - including planning for our wedding!

As in terms of my health, I have zero aches and pains, and I am in great physical condition. My right eye is 20/20, and my left eye has very limited vision. Future doctor visits will determine what can be done. So, thank God this is pretty much the only thing left to fix.

Because of all of you and especially the man up above, LIFE IS GOOD!

GOD BLESS

Hunter
