Wow Howard. I don’t know how I missed knowing about the journey/ordeal you’ve been through. It’s September 14th! Your trauma began in March. I happened on the pic of you driving on Facebook. All my love to you and your beautiful family. I hope to connect one way or other but know that I’m stunned and so happy that you’re back and well. Will write later. (I’m in the plane waiting to take off with Chris who is giving a lecture to 500 lawyers in Amelia island about how to stay young. He’s turning 84 on Sunday. I just feel 84 at times :)

It was so nice to spend time chatting and laughing with you, Elizabeth and Webb yesterday. Seeing the sparkle in your eyes is is a gift from God. Tom and I are so thankful for your recovery and wish you continued progress in gaining back your strength. By the way, I think the beard is awesome!

So great to hear from you in person and to SEE you at church on Sunday! Can't imagine how it must feel to go back and read the posts on here when your life was still hanging in the balance. And it certainly must give you a new perspective and appreciation for each day! I recommend milkshakes every night to help pack on those pounds--what we used to do with our Ben! Love to your whole family!
