Journal entry by Chris Gibney

I have good news and good news!

Friday, I finally received the results from the MCOT (heart monitor I wore for 28 days) which ended on July 9.  DR. Was checking for AFIB or other abnormalities.  The results were NO AFIB PRESENT and no further evaluation needed! Can’t ask for more than that!

Yesterday I had my last visit with the surgeon.  He pronounced me “healing well” and released me from further visits.  Yeah ! Happy Dance!!

I am continuing long term on the hormone therapy prescribed by my oncologist. I’m tolerating it with very few side effects.

My husband, daughter and son-in-law ALL had outpatient surgeries last month. All are in various stages of recovery and doing well.  Dare I hope for a hospital free rest -of-the-year with complete recoveries and health filled living ahead!  I sure hope so!!!

As always- I thank you for your continued encouragement , prayers and support.  Praying that all of YOU experience healthy, peaceful living in the days and months ahead. Bless you!

Living in hope…
Christine
