Dianne passed away May 5th 2019 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was a Saint Paul native and moved to northern California as a young adult where she lived for over forty years. She raised her family in the Santa Rosa, CA area, worked for many years in a hospital based medical library and returned to the Saint Paul area in 2009.

She is survived by three sons, Kevin Foss, Gregory Foss, and Andrew Foss, one daughter, Crystal Hoon, and two grandsons, Elliot Foss and Conner Hoon. Also survived by her step-sons and step-daughters, Beverly Weager, Dennis Hoon, Robert Hoon, and Rhonda Robinson. Her husband, Wayne, and her parents, Robert Becker and Dorothy Becker-Sprinkles, and step-daughter, Brenda Parent predeceased her.

Dianne was a history buff and avid genealogist. She appeared as Bloomers with the Saint Paul Clown Club and loved to volunteer for community activities. Memorials preferred to the Friends of the Ramsey County Libraries or the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection.
