I’ve gotten into a routine of going to a therapy pool here in Sarasota. It’s heated to 86 degrees and has a ramp. It is helping me feel stronger and I’ve been walking laps, swimming, doing a stair repetition, as well as some physical therapy exercises from PT back home.
I’m walking in the house with a walker and transferring fairly easily now, but using my power chair for distances. It’s been fun to use it to go splorin since I’m not driving yet.
