As I read your latest update, Em...

My Bible app on my phone sang Hallelujah! It does this periodically throughout the day and WHENEVER it does so; without fail, it is a moment for all of us to pause, take a moment and remember why we are all really here. Your strength through all of this has been an inspiration to me, as I am sure that it has been for many others. God Bless the entire Stephens Family!!!

Blessings and warm regards to everyone here,
Brian

So well said, Emily. I'm rooting for Harper every step of the way. Good luck with the NAPA camp. That is a great decision and should yield great results. Harper is so lucky to have you and Mike advocating for her. And good luck with the bladder surgery. May she recover with godspeed. She is a tough little cookie, as are you and your whole family! 🙏

I’ve never stopped praying and cheering for this little bad ass. She is a fighter like her mommy. Hope for a speedy recovery for her surgery on the 12th and for great progress here in Denver. Bless you all❤️

Emily & Mike, we could not be happier for sweet Harper! We’re very grateful we get to see her periodically & rejoice with you in all of her milestones & triumphs. She is a miracle & a reason for hope to everyone who is lucky enough to cross her path. You have an uncanny ability to share Harper’s story (along with your own) during this crazy time in your lives with grace, humor & sometimes heart wrenching detail that everyone can relate to. We (& our Sunday School class!) will continue to pray for her (& her precious family) for her surgery & her exciting PT program. We’re looking forward to hearing updates through “her” Instagram. I pray that others who are experiencing your journey can find the support, love & real life experience through your posts that will give them the hope they need to carry on. Your baby girl is the cutest badass & a chip off her Mama’s block!! Love to all. Lisa & Mike Mayer

What a joyous update! Reading this brings tears to my eyes. Wishing Harper a speedy recovery from her surgery and amazing progress in Denver. Emily, thank you for candidly sharing the lows and the triumphs so we could all cheer you and Harper on from afar. You are an incredible writer, and your ability to find humor in such an impossible situation was remarkable. Harper is the luckiest to have a mom who advocates and fights like hell for her. You and Harper are both badasses in my book. Can't wait to keep following Harper's progress -- see you on Insta. Love and hugs to the entire fam! <3
