Much love and many prayers are with you today and in the days to come. Greg was truly one of the good ones! Heaven gained a special angel and I know he will be watching over us all! ❤️🙏🏻
And what a heaven he is in! There are no words or actions any of us can say or do to mend the broken hearts left behind in his passing. All we can do is to hold tight to knowing we will see him, and fish with him, in heaven again one day. Much love and many prayers for you today and in the days to come!
In my devotional today, it reminded me, "if the incarnation of Jesus and his death on the cross was meant to conquer sin, Jesus's second coming will bring eternal salvation to those who have waited for him, who have maintained their faith and hope that he will fulfill his promises to us." I know you must be steeped in grief, but I hope that Easter this year and every year to come will be a reminder, not of that grief, but that you will one day be with Greg again. Keep the faith - and know you are surrounded by love.
Greg is a blessing beyond measure. I love him closer than a brother. Greg was truly an example of loving God and loving his fellow man. I look forward to joining him in that heavenly stream one day. Heaven is truly a richer place with Greg as I know our Heavenly Father told Greg, “Well done My faithful servant”!
He’s got good company there, but he will surely be missed here! So thankful to have had him for a friend although the time was way too short! I’m sure Daddy was there o greet his friend and I’m certain they’re fishing and laughing together in all of God’s glory! We will miss you Greg, enjoy your heavenly reward for a life well lived!
