Thinking of you, Grant, and hoping things are still going well since this March entry. I'm way behind on correspondence and had to dig deep into an old email chain with Nancy M. to ReDiscover the link to the caring bridge page. My young family next door has been in Norway since last August on a Fulbright. While happy they could have that wonderful experience, I will be glad to see them home again this summer. Hello Grant. I think I missed this update in March while we were in Mexico. SUCH wonderful news, to know that the cancer has responded so well to your specialised treatment. I hope that the pain is also under control by now and that you are able to resume your life to the best of your ability. Please drop us a note every now and then and maybe think about joining the Spanish group again. We are usually no more that 4 at this point. Lots of love to you and Jean. I don't know if I told you this before, but here it is again for good measure: "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain". (MY mantra during my treatment. ) Tony and I danced a lot in the kitchen to Johnny Clegg's South African tunes. Sending love, dear friend. You and Jean keep dancing!!!!

Thank you, Rachel, for the update. Two months have gone by for us since (Costa Rica, Paris with Covid for me and Pierre!) But I'm glad to hear that the cancer is GONE! I hope you'll soon get rid of the pain. It can only get better now. I wish you enduring courage !
