Hello All,

 

Well as you know Gra and I went to OHSU on Thursday Aug 26 2021.  She went into surgery around 7:30am and was in prep for a little more than an hour.  Around 2:45pm her brain surgery was over.  Another hour while the doctors and nurses monitored her before they moved her to the first room in ICU.  She was very tired but everyone was saying she did really, really well.  On Friday she was awake, she was talking, showing no signs of any abnormalities.  Her appetite was back although she never ate much but she did eat a little.  On Saturday she was up and walking.  The doctors came in and said she was doing so well they wanted to release her on Sunday.  We have been home since Sunday.  They asked her not to go around people, wear mask walk indoors etc.  So we are doing as they advised.  All I have to say is Thank You Lord and thank you all for your prayers and love.  We just have been overwhelmed by it all.  The Doctors, Nurses, and our Christian brother and sisters have been fantastic.  Thank You and please keep praying.  I will give another follow up later in a couple weeks.
