Gracious friend, you bless us all. Thank you for your ferocity, your vividness, your generosity, and your voice. We are the lucky ones, to be yours.

And we’re here. We’re with you and for you and behind you and beneath you, lifting you up. And I think I can speak for the lot of us when I say: we treasure the mark you have made in us, and we will not let you forget it.

You blow my mind, girl. And I know you’re gonna just keep doing it.

Hi Grace,
Ok I just read this last post. It brought me too tears!!! Of course I didn’t realize I could leave a comment until now. Remember I’m somewhat backwards in my computer ability. But with that said I realized that I can. Barbra Wortman sent me an email a number of months that Amy weinstock saw your blog so of course I started to follow and read! Oh Grace, this has been quite a story, a scary one too. But your posts are so heartfelt and wonderful. I am soo glad things seem to be positive. You will beat this because you have so much too share with others!
I was so excited to see your working in L AND D. Are you back to working? My daughter Alyssa also works in that dept in NYC. Soo keep on fighting, stay positive, your are loved by so many and have so much support. I will continue to follow your posts to see how you are doing! With much admiration, Susan Kosh

Again and as always, thanks for sharing your thoughts and feelings, but especially in this case, THANKS for being open and receptive to friends and family, caregivers, those who really want to help and be there. Along with other battles faced, that can certainly be difficult too. You've taken what could have been an exclusive pity party, and allowed for an inclusive friend festival. Many props!

Ahhh Grace, your name suits you! Mixed feelings here...hate that you are part of the club that no one wants to join and that is never looking for new members. But it is what it is and I cannot wait to meet you in a few weeks. NC here we come! Wow. We’re going to be each other’s “people!”
xoxoxo
