Let me first give a shout out to the good Lord above as he has heard our prayers! Thank you so much for taking time to pray. Dad is recovering well! Time, rest and patience is key while recovering from brain surgery, all of those things are usually hard for my Dad but he’s proven to be a great patient!  The first night home was rocky and quite painful. They always say to stay ahead of your pain AND there is always a learning curve for a few hardheaded people. (Not my dad of course, lol)  After a massive headache, I think he realized real quick the saying was true! The rest of the days have been manageable. He is taking walks, resting and eating well. 

Yesterday’s Doctor visit was thankfully as expected!! There is still brain swelling so Dad has been ORDERED to stop all activities other than rehab for another month which will be at home. They will Re-eval on October 28 in Ft. Worth.  Probably no activities until MRI in November releases him.  Praise be to the Lord for all he has done!
