This last month has been pretty tough bouncing back from the intense chemo in April. I had platelet and blood transfusions two weeks ago in Green Bay because my blood counts were extremely low. My blood levels will take time to improve, and I need to continue to be patient.
We just returned from Houston after having a Pet Scan and my port removed. Dr. Wang said all tests indicate that the cancer is gone and to go and enjoy life and live! We are so blessed with this awesome news!
I will be back in Houston every 4 months for 2 years and every 6 months the following 2 years.
