Last week I was able to take Glenn and Carolyn to the oncologist appointment. "Fatigue" has been a front-page headline since beginning the new chemo and the doctor would like "Quality of Life" to take its place. Glenn felt a bit better as the week went on, but was still lacking the stamina he wants to do the things he wants to do. He was to get the second round of this new chemo today, but his platelets and white blood cell count were too low. He did get the shot to boost the platelets today. He will go back to try again on April 2. We are hoping this gives him some breathing room to enjoy the next couple of weeks, which includes his siblings coming for a visit. Glenn has enjoyed phone calls and cards and the messages on this site have been read more than once. Thank you for your continued support and prayers!
