I am so very blessed to have known both of your parents! What a wonderful experience to be in their presence! There was so much joy and love in everything they did. I will vow to continue their work wherever I go...I was glad to learn how to do puppetry...I came to my retirement community in 2011...and from 2012-2019...we had two puppet shows a year that I would write and get folks to help put them on....the joy that Glenn and Evelyn gave to me has been given to others following their example. My prayers are with you always.

So, so sorry to hear this news. Yet so glad your mom and dad are together again. Their love for each other, for you all and all of us was amazing. I feel so blessed to have known them. Like Laura said, rest in our prayers for you - God is holding you and all of us up. Thanks for sharing all of this with us, Marcia Winchip Bacon

As all of you, I think I have produced a bucket-full of tears through all of this. We have been attending Thanksgiving camp since its beginning -- also, one fateful Memorial Day camp. We love you all, and you are in our prayers. Jan Pierce

We all mourn with you the passing of your dear dad and now your precious mother 😢
There are no adequate words to express our sorrow for their passing and the heartbreak and grief that all of you are now enduring.
We loved your dad and mom and cherish the memories of all the special times we spent together. They were times of many laughs and many times of strolls down family memory lanes!
They lived memorable lives and leave a lasting legacy! We are all blessed to have their presence in our lives!
I know they are now so happy to be together again - hugging in heaven! Also know they are rejoicing and hugging all the Bannerman and Butterworth family members they went before them!
We love ❤️ all of you and are saying many prayers 🙏 for comfort and peace during these difficult days.

Beth, Craig, Lee Ann, and Ren, So sorry you had to go through this awful Covid experience with your very special parents but am thankful you were able to provide such loving care of them during their journey homeward! Just as God is with us in life and death, may God bless and support all of you and your families in the days ahead until you can again celebrate these two precious parents with stories, puppets, music, dancing, and plenty of laughter. Glenn and Evelyn were and still are a blessing in my own life because I thrived on that experience of Huge Family that I Learned from them and that Beth mentioned. No doubt, countless others have too! Love to all, Dianne Purdin

Peace, prayers, and comfort to all the Bannerman family. Giants do walk among us - some big and bold like Glenn Bannerman and some a little quieter and in the background like Evelyn, but giants of love, faith, and community just the same. Your mom & dad are unforgettable, and I feel blessed to have known them even if it was so many years ago.

Your family is in our prayers. What an incredible life and ministry. They inspired us and made a difference in so many of our lives and then we shared their joy with others. Thankful for the incredible effort you made to be there with them . Thankful also for your effort to keep them connected with us in recent years at ARW and the most recent puppet gathering. They have joined the Church Triumphant.

My first thought - I can't imagine one without the other. Now they're together again.
My second thought - folk and square dancing in heaven! Endless concentric circles of joyful dancers from all over.
