I did read that book to all your kids. My fourth grade teacher read it to me, and I still love that book. It just lets your imagination soar. You are always in my heart!

I've read Remarkably Birght Creatures-- good one. And Elizabeth and I just watched the documentary. This month's National Geography Magazine is all about them too!

I have such fond memories of being read to, both as a child in the bath tub! and as an adult while making dinner. I'm reading two books by women who rehabilitate injured hummingbirds. I'll send you the one that I've finished. I found it interesting and heartwarming.

My book club just finished Remarkably Bright Creatures and I loved it!! I listened to it on audible, and Marcellus' voice was perfection! We watched a Mark Rober video about octopuses and it was awesome. They're really incredible!

I listened to Remarkably Bright Creatures (audiobook) while I was unpacking from our last move. I have a subscription to a service called Scribd that has access to many audiobooks. I am a Star Trek fan so I was listening to Patrick Stewart’s autobiography on Scribd too, and am in the middle of several other good books that I listen to mostly on long drives. Phil likes Scribd for the sheet music and they have a wide collection of ebooks. I think we pay $8 per month. Not as good as a library because those are free but more convenient since you don’t have to wait if the title is popular. I like Scribd because I hate to buy an audiobook and then find out I don’t like it (because they are expensive). I can dip into one or more for as long as I like. Or read the whatever pdf books they have (many, many titles). And cookbooks! Including one I would have paid for at ThriftBooks, on sourdough.

Scribd might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I thought I’d mention it in case there are other readers out there. So glad you and Ginny are enjoying books together.
