We are keeping Malia and David’s families in prayer during these difficult times. We still recall Wendell calling to tell us we had to come down to Lynchburg to meet this sweet young lady he met and was going to marry. His excitement was well founded and we were there when he made her his wife and we made her part of our family. Our lives have been intertwined ever since. Those years have provided a lifetime of love and memories that can never be extinguished. I know that Wendell and his mom Kathleen, along with his Grandmother have been waiting with great anticipation, for a glorious reunion with Gerry. We pray that her preparation for that event will be painless and peaceful and bathed with the love of her family.
