Hi all, I'm feeling terrible that I will not be able to attend. I would not miss this and be there for all of you. Please know words and actions cannot convey how much I loved him and Bar, Sue, Paul and David our years together were such a gift for me. I am writing to you from Sonoma county at my favorite time of year with green hills and flowering mustard plants. The reason I am unable to attend is that on Saturday the 11th Kate and I will be at my brother Alan's memorial service in Windsor. He died on New years day. We spoke with him for about an hour on New years Eve, and did not expect his death. He was very positive and looking forward to the days to come. We communicated daily since April and came to California in October to see him. He had bladder cancer, post surgery jlhad several issues etc and then bone cancer. I'm the only Lemery left.
