I miss him so much. I was just remembering this time last year the happy hours and the smile he had sitting in his scooter or chair and just being around everyone, or taking off for his afternoon patrol of the neighborhood, chatting with him about the news or the baseball game on TV. His smile and “hello” were so sincere and made me feel so welcome and loved - enough for me to ask him to adopt me as his 4th daughter. I’m so thankful for the time I spent getting to know him and I love you girls and Moms so much….ok Jose too! 😉. See you soon Pops!
