Mary, Russell has been keeping us posted and our hearts are with you. These are the times I really hate living in another state. I hope Nathan was able to reach you; I talked to him today and he was very concerned and sad. We are there with you in spirit since we cannot be there physically. May God's love keep you strong. Diane and Jim (he would want me to include his name).

Russell called and spoke with our Dad. He is, of course, very sad and concerned.
Praying for Genes recovery and so grateful he is not in pain.
Mary, we are praying for you to be able to rest and eat to keep your strength up.
Praying for the rest of Gene's family that they be comforted during this scary time.
A prayer for all of us. There is comfort in our bond. With Love, Pam and all your family from Seattle.

Thoughts and prayers for you both. It is not easy to see someone you love in this situation. Taking it day by day is the best way too handle it. God Bless you both.

Gene had no changes over night. They did remove a medication that was not needed and a side effect was blood pressure related. He remains sedated they are going to try and wean him again later today.I continue to take it one day at a time. He has wonderful medical care could not ask for better. I continue to be told that it will take time and I am dealing with that with the attitude of one day at a time and he will come home some time.
He is a very special man that I feel privileged to be married to.
I thank everyone for their prayers there is a wonderful healing power with God's help.
