We remember the visit Cassandra made to our apartment with Gavin when he was just five years old. He was mesmerized by the view down the railroad tracks out our back window, as I (Byron) have been for many years. Clearly, even then, he was curious about the world. You will be much in our thoughts. Love, Lee and Byron

Bruce and Cassandra,
My prayers are with you and your family after hearing this sad news. In reading Gavin's story, it's clear that he filled this world with so much joy and curiosity! (sounds a lot like dad!). My best wishes to you and my hopes for the day that will come soon when memories bring more laughter than tears.

I too was touched by the love and warmth filling the church at the celebration of Gavin's life. I knew Gavin as his preschool teacher at the Brattleboro Center for Children many years ago. I saw his beautiful spirit, and love and compassion at such a young age. I didn't know he was so gifted in so many ways. Love. Ann Reed

Luna & I were touched by the beautiful celebration, and memories of Gavin, (in the church where I was baptized 71 years ago…)
You were so embraced that we didn’t have time to connect, but Luna left white roses for Gavin.
Love & Light
