Fr. Kenny,

I thank God every day for you and for the many blessings you shared with us as a teacher at Reitz Memorial High School and as our pastor at St. Boniface Parish. You led us toward God by your faith, hope, love, humility, sincerity, compassion, humor, and Christian leadership. You helped us feel as though we were part of a great family of believers.

I will always remember the wonderful support you gave our St. Boniface Choir and your kind words of appreciation for us.

Thank you for sharing your life with us and for being such a wonderful leader and friend.

I am praying for you. Please know that I love you.

Dear Fr. Herr. We are asking the Blessed Mother to put you under her mantle and in her care. We ask her Son, Jesus, to grant you His love, peace and healing power to restore you to good health. We are so grateful for your years at St. Boniface as we remember your great sermons, your ever smiling face, and your beautiful singing voice. We are especially thankful for your home visits to our mother before her death several years ago. God bless you! The family of the late Bea Neale

Father Herr, You know you are in everyone's prayers. I keep seeing that amazing smile but also remember the sermon when you actually sang a short lyric to a Bettles song! Now I smile whenever I think of you. God Bless!

I wanted to again express my gratitude to Fr. Herr for always responding when I called upon him to administer the Sacraments of Anointing of the Sick, Confession, and the Last Rites to my Grand daughter, Myranda Kloke ( a former graduate of Memorial while Fr. Herr was there) while she was at St. Mary's Hospital and Angel Rivers Nursing Home . I will now keep Fr. Herr in my prayers for his comfort and rest
