Father Jim, it’s been a few years since our paths have crossed. You’ve been dealt a tough hand but you’ve always been able to deal with it. Always. I remember the first time I met you was In the San Fernando regional office is reviewing the catechism of the Catholic Church. I won’t repeat the one word comment you said as you sat down at our table but I knew this was the man, the priest who could touch the people who could make a difference. A difference you have made all of your life. I wish you the best whether it is A future filled with much more service or a future continuing to touch the lives of others. Whatever it is no that my love and my thoughts go with you always. I am so grateful for the time we had together in service at St. Bede’s in La Canada. May God’s love and joy be with you always my friend

Fr. Jim, we totally support your feeling that "it's the right time to bring my sharing to an end with this journal piece." Go forward with your life in hope, trust, and positivity. Continue to be the Disciple of the Lord and the shining light of His love to anyone who meets you (or even just sees you!) You will always be in our prayers and thoughts.
