I am SO happy to hear about your progress. I think back about our really carefree days at Byrd when all I was mortified about was a zit or worried if my tennis shoes actually matched my shorts on Sunday afternoon after a club meeting at the KoKoMo! NEVER could I have imagined what turns our lives would take and how hard adulting was actually going to be. How we make it through is truly a miracle, and YOU are absolutely one of those miracles. I wish you continued success in your recovery and hope that very soon you can get back to all the things you love to do. I hope your pain lessens each day and peace gradually re-enters our life. I don't know of many people who could have managed the recovery you have made. I hope to run into you soon somewhere, probably eating, since that seems to be the thing I am best at these days!! Freddie, so glad to hear from you!!! How wonderful that you are able to return to doing some of the things you love. I cannot fathom what you have been through but understand living a new normal. I am heart-broken about Electra and have no doubt she watches over you. We are all capable of amazing things but it takes strength, tenacity and faith to see it through.
