Fred’s Story

Site created on January 3, 2020

Ok, it has been a wild few weeks since an ER visit that found a brain tumor 10 days before Christmas. A biopsy has shown that radiation and Chemotherapy will be part of the treatment plan.  Treatment should start in mid January and go initially for 5-6 weeks.   The tumor was graded a IV diffuse midline glioma but it was deemed slow growing vs other similar grade IV tumors.  So the time for sitting around wondering is ending and the fight against this tumor is about to get started.  I’m sure it will be tough but I’m all in over here and appreciate all the prayers and positive thoughts!
