Last night was such a testament to the man Fred was to everyone he met. To Fred, you were family, and he would extend himself to help out however he could. I feel so blessed to have had him in my corner, encouraging, comforting, and supporting. He spoke of you and the kids all the time and you could see the twinkle of love in his eyes when he was speaking.💕Bless you all.

So beautiful, bringing tears to my eyes. ❤️Fred will be with you all every single step of the way for the rest of your lives. He was a truly inspiring, incredible person. I will take all of my memories of him with me everywhere I go. He made such an impact in my life, and (clearly) many others. Last night was filled with love, and showed what a truly incredible friend, and mentor he was. I will miss my running buddy dearly, but he will be with me in spirit during every single road race I do from here on out. “Come on kid, keep going” will be my daily reminder.
