Sorry there hasn't been an update but up until recently we were just going through the motions of chemo and what not. Unfortunately, recently my dad recieved a PET scan to see if the chemo was working and results showed it is not. Although the esophageal mass hasn't really grown in size, the cancer has metastasized in his bones far more than the the previous scan. The recent scan showed small masses in the bones all over his body. So next step is plan B and I'll update as we know more. But as for now, my dad will recieve radiation on his left clavicle where the fracture is in hopes of eliminating some of the pain he is experiencing there.
