Frank has been in my heart and mind, especially these past few months. His passionate music, warm soul and resonant voice has floated up into the ether to join with other past souls we have all loved so dearly. May he find comfort there.
I am so sorry for your loss Nancy, Gus and Adam. I wish you peace during this difficult time.
love
Chris

Dear Nancy,
My heart goes out to you and your sons as you make your way through this valley of great loss. Frank was such a gift to the world. He taught us all about living and dying along with his creative musical gifts. His music, his humor, his generosity of spirit, his wild creativity will live on in so many of us. Sending gentle care and love.

Dear Nancy, So sad to hear that Frank passed away! No pain and suffering anymore for him. But a great loss for you, Adam and Gus and all of us! I am so proud that I can say that we were friends and I cherish the moments we met and played and hang out! Always receiving so much inspiration from him for his deep sense of artistry and music in particular! Love and blessing from Heerenveen

Dear Nancy,

Our hearts go out to you and your sons.
We were so saddened to see your journal entry from yesterday.
Frank was truly a very special person. We are glad that he was surrounded with such a loving family and that he is now at peace and no longer suffering. What a brave, good, and gentle man he was.

We know words can not help much at this time, but we send our love to you and your family.

with sadness,

Glori and Michael

I read this news late last evening, and sadness fills me this morning. And so another intensely creative soul has left our Earth, having given so much of his spirit through his music, his family and his friendships over the decades. Nancy, Adam, and Gus -- my heart is with you all as you move through these days ahead after such a monumental journey. I remain in awe at the loving care, supportive presence and wise witness with which you accompanied Frank as he moved through his final months of life. And I remain in awe at the courage it took Frank -- and you all -- to share such an intimate and personal spiritual process with so many in your wide circle of supporters. Such a teaching that Frank's Scorpio essence gave to us all about dying, and I am grateful for that gift, as well as for all the others he has given to the world. But right now, there is the heavy silence of loss. And the knowing his soul is at peace. And the chatter of birdsong outside my early summer window. I send much love to you.

My heart is heavy this morning as I write this. But I'll always remember Frank as the bigger-than-life force he was; my first guitar teacher and friend. My love and condolences to you Nancy, and family.

Dear Nancy,
I have wonderful memories of You and Frank that reach back to Live Oak in the 80’s: your music, art, easy laughter, and love of life. You have navigated this journey as a beautiful creation that is inspiring. My heart breaks to think of Frank’s absence, but is comforted by the beauty he left for us. All my love to you now, dear Nancy, Adam, and Gus. Erika and Len
