Have been reading the parable of the 'rich fool' who takes all the credit for his blessings and seeks to keep them for himself, not acknowledging that all is gift and from the Lord; gifts meant to be shared with all. Thank you for being so willing to share with us the many gifts you have been blessed with, especially the insights during this 'journey-time.' You're no fool! Blessings and continues prayers.

Father Dave, I am always glad to see one of your posts. You are such an inspiration. Your posts make your journey so much more personal to all of us that are praying for your recovery. I really enjoyed your reference literature, but even more, I learned a new root word. My father always encouraged us to learn something new everyday. :-) I continue to pray that God is beside you, every step of the way. You are an inspiration to me and to all of us!!:) You have truly embraced everything about your cancer and through your journey you have truly inspired me and I'm sure everyone else too and I thank you for that!!!:) You are still in my prayers and thoughts and always will be!:) I know you can get through the next 5 chemo sessions and my prayers are with you!:)
I hope and pray your chemo is doing it's job and you will be cancer free!!:) I always enjoy hearing from you because there's always so much I learn about how to live with my own problems both physical and mental that you talk about when you talk about your own stuff, and I'm always pleased to hear how you're doing and waiting to celebrate with you on your cure !:).
