Hello dear community & dedicated supporters of Freia's recovery 🫀
I write this update from the road, heading back west to California, now departed from Freia's side after 3 weeks of being a part of her care team.

I left both of us crying sweetly, missing eachother already and feeling so proud of my friend I have had in my life since the age of 8.

What I have seen our dear Freia move thru is a triumph of her spirit and a tribute to our community to rally in a great time of need.
I am so full of gratitude that things have gone so well in the face of uncontrollable circumstances and that Freia is healing with such grace and bravery. 
It has been an honor to have been by her side on her journey to reclaim her life for these past weeks. Weeks full of challenges one after another. Watching her face this ordeal head on with an incredible attitude of dedication and surrender to the process of healing.
While she still has more challenges in front of her, I feel so certain of her preservance and ability to not just survive but thrive as the days, weeks & thusly years roll out a head of us. 

I am immensely grateful to everyone for holding Freia during this time and creating an environment of available resources and care to usher her towards her next chapter. Everyone has shown up so beautifully and really proved that we do not have to face things alone in this life and even when confronted with traumas, emergencies and choicelessness in the turns of the fates, we have one another to soften as well as uphold dignity to those affected. I do not know how to even discribe my relief. 

I am inidated with love.

As I've mentioned Freia has more challenges ahead in her healing but she has the most wonderful community and Freia is going to be okay because all of us heard the call to action.
