Praying for you in your gratitude, your healing, and your grief. Sometimes it’s hard to imagine how they can all exist together at the same time. Peace to your family.
I have thought and prayed for you all the day, Gwenyth.
My recurring song today:
“Does Jesus care when my heart is pained too deeply for mirth or song?…Oh, yes, He cares….”
Dear Gwenyth - what a joy to hear from you personally! I'm so grateful for the Lord's healing in your physical body and the miraculous way He has touched you. I grieve with you and your family as well. I can't imagine how difficult it is to deal with the loss of Lydia. If you find yourself questioning why, I understand. I long to know what the Lord has planned for my life now. I hope you find some comfort in knowing that I support and love you. I am learning to begin my day with thanks and praise for the good things that God shows me as I lean on His everlasting arms. We have the gift and confidence of the Lord's goodness; praying that you can experience peace in a new and powerful way! The Lord bless you and keep you.
Oh Gwenyth- so good to read of your progress from you, yourself! Our sympathies run deep for your pain of loss- and our prayers continue. Much love from Bill and I. PS all communication has been appreciated 😉
Gwenyth, so good to hear your words … you are amazing! And such an example of God's miracles and grace. I will continue to cover you and your family in prayer as you grieve and miss your sweet Lydia. May you feel His arms around you holding you , as you rest in knowing all will be well.
Thank you, God, for all the healing. I didn’t know Lydia, but I miss her with you, for you. It’s difficult even to imagine that chasm in your home where once she was. I’m thankful you can trust God with your broken and mending bones, your awkward and repaired body, with next steps. I pray your broken heart is being tended to, as well, but it is indeed a different heart.
Dear God! Thank you for the courage and strength you are giving this family as they pick up bits and pieces. Hold their hands. Help them stand. Walk alongside, God of compassion, God of mercy, of love. God who cares, hearken and do. And keep us friends faithful in intercession.
