Journal entry by Connor Quaschnik

Hello Friends,

Evan is doing better each day! He was moved out of the ICU into a general room and was taken off all of his IVs, with the exception of his antibiotics. Yesterday during his physical therapy he was able to move a toe! Its a small improvement, but every little thing is a step in the right direction.

On a less positive note, we found out today that he will probably need to be accompanied by a nurse when he flies back to Seattle. Unfortunately, this is a cost that will probably not be covered by his insurance and will cost around $10,000. So, if you wouldn’t mind continuing to share his GoFundMe me around again, we’d really appreciate it. I’ll link it again below. Thanks everyone! https://www.gofundme.com/f/evanquaschnik
