It has been about a year since my last post about Ethan's journey.  He is in his senior year of high school and is doing amazing! He has a 504 plan but doesn't use it at all. He is in his second year of the Culinary Arts program offered through BOCES. He attends his home high school half days and the other half doing the CTE program. He is beating the odds and has all A's and B's in school and has also been on honor roll, all but one quarter since returning back to a normal school routine. He works part time at a local grocery store in the deli and is also doing an internship for the Culinary program in the same grocery store,  but in the bakery dept. He has senior-itis already and is looking forward to graduating in June. He drives all the time (not alone yet) and is saving up to buy his own car. He is undecided at this point what he will do after high school.  He is debating between going to SUNY ADK in the culinary arts program, or initially take a gap year.
