We are all blessed to know you and your family. You have enriched us all and are in our prayers. The kids learned "the Heart of Worship" and sign it weekly in Church - I will always think of you when I hear it...

Esther, God has been nudging me this past week with thoughts of you and now I understand why. You have come through an incredibly difficult year with the ability to see the silver linings and the ability to receive more-when you have always been on the side of giver. I did not know that it is difficult for you to write, so find it truly inspiring that you challenged yourself in this area as well. We miss you at UCI Health, and thank you so much for sharing your updates. You and your family will continue to be in my prayers!

I can't believe it's been a year! Thank you for sharing and keeping us updated :) Praise God for all the love, grace, and mercy that you have received this year- and for all the ways that you have continued to encourage those around you despite circumstances! Love that classic song from Matt Redman :)

Dear Esther, it is always a joy to hear your thoughts, so thank goodness you decided to go outside your comfort zone and do this blog. Cancerversary is a perfect closing of a very difficult year that nevertheless, as you say, was filled with amazing blessings and love. You are my teacher in how to approach the tough stuff I life with grit and grace. I think beyond everything else you did stay true to yourself - cancer did not change you, but as a result, I believe you became "more Esther." Many hugs to you, the kids, and Vince on this next phase of the journey.
