thanks for the update, and sorry it is what it is now. But real optimism is warranted still, especially as your docs seem to be very good at the dialectics of your body. Spirit and hope are not everything of course, but they will surely play a role too in keeping your system doing all it can - maybe a meditation on the tightrope walking the doctors are asking your immune system to manage?
