Dear Family and Friends,
I hope my email finds you healthy and well. As we move on from a challenging 2020 and start a new year, I'm constantly reminded of all the blessings surrounding me each day, especially all of you!
As many of you are aware, my brother Eric has gone through some significant health issues over the past year. His health issues actually started 7 years ago when he had an aortic dissection that required major surgery. We thank the Lord every day for that successful surgery and recovery; however, he recently needed some additional surgery to his aorta. As you can imagine, this recent aorta repair and time needed to recover has limited his ability to work full time as an ER doctor. And while Eric has had to slow down to fully heal, everyday life and responsibilities don't stop, and the medical bills are starting to pile up. It is hard for me to see my brother who's given the last 20 years caring for his patients and loved ones having to go through this, but I know that I can count on all of you to assist him and his family with prayers, encouragement and any financial assistance you can offer.
Eric has always been a wonderful brother to me, but also a loving, giving, caring husband, father, uncle and friend who has been there for all of us and strangers every day in the ER, at the drop of a hat.
I greatly appreciate your continued prayers for Eric and his family and any financial generosity you can provide at this time.
