I'm also Eric's cousin. I rushed over after work last night to be with him and the family. I'm at a loss for words at the moment, but prayers and healing thoughts are encouraged beyond measure. Denise & Marissa (Eric's daughter) spent the night there in hope's of him waking up. Today will be the day we know more. Come on Eric! We all love and care for you so much!

I am Eric‘s aunt Diane Bruck. I was out of town when I got the terrible news and I am sending my prayers to Eric and the entire family during this strenuous time. I met Eric through his uncle George when I married him and I have been close to Eric the whole time- I would like to see him more often as it is usually Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love him dearly my prayers go to everyone!! I posted a message earlier yesterday but it did not go through apparently - so I am glad to see this one went through.

Eric is my cousin and even though we generally only see each other at important family gatherings and Christmas-he’s always giving me a hard time about my OSU Beavers! I love my cuz and cannot believe this is happening.
My thoughts and prayers to him, the rest of the family and to all the medical staff attending him.
