I read Emily’s obituary in the newspaper today with a heavy heart. I didn’t know her but I wanted to express my deepest condolences to her family and friends. She was truly a warrior in this world and her life will continue to inspire others, like me, a perfect stranger.

Dearest Emily, your sunshine inspiration is absolutely the most beautiful piece of writing EVER. I printed it and will keep it with me and read it many times. It is also right in line with the "Sunlight Sanctuary" guided meditation I hope to lead you through when I see you in Big Lake late August. In that meditation, we can also have you imagine that you ARE a sunflower. Here's the beginning of the meditation... "Imagine the light from the sun radiating in through the top of your head down your spine and into every cell of your body. The light is healing and energizing every dimension and kingdom of your body, mind and emotion. With each breath you inhale, you bring in more of the healing light with all its benefits. Hi Emily! That is a fantastic quote. I'm so glad your treatments are over. Your spirit and perspective through all of this is simply amazing and an inspiration to anyone whether they are fighting for their life or just for a better attitude in their day. You have taught US all what is possible in a crisis. Now I hope God's plan for you is a long and healthy life, sharing your love and spirit. I will always pray that this is so!
