Newest Update

Journal entry by Morgan Nathan

Sitting here with my little Ella Bella waiting to be discharged and I thought I would share a quick update. These last few days have been possibly the hardest of my life but I have learned two things....#1 My God is a Big, Amazing God who protected my girl and brought so much comfort and joy along the way. He truly held all three of us when we couldn’t walk anymore and had his Glory shine through at every moment. #2 My girl is tough! She has impressed me in so many ways these last few days. She has smiled and giggled even when her eyes were so swollen she couldn’t see anything but darkness. She has not let the gruesome stitches, drain in her head, IV’s in her hands and feet and lots of poking and prodding by nurses keep her down. She is so strong and I know that strength came from her two daddies... her Heavenly Father and her Earthly one.

I want to thank everyone for how you have loved on us throughout this process. We quite literally could not have done this without each and every one of you. I know God heard and answered your many prayers for us!!

Please continue to keep Ella in your prayers. There is still a lot of pain, swelling and lack of sleep. Keep us in your hearts, minds, and prayers these next few weeks as she continues to heal and fully recover.
